The Incident: On Saturday, September 19, 2026, CNN Senior White House Reporter Betsy Klein arrived for work and was denied entry by security.

Confiscation: Her press badge was deactivated and physically confiscated. Journalists from MS NOW and Politico faced the same treatment.
